Is an invaluable instrument for monitoring the presence of copper during the process of wine-making. The advanced optical system of this photometer employs a specialized tungsten lamp and a narrow band interference filter which provides sensitive readings in the range of 0.00 to 0.50 mg/L. With a few simple steps winemakers can quickly and accurately measure copper content in wine. Readings are conveniently displayed directly on the LCD screen in mg/L. This lightweight unit (500 g) runs on (4) 1.5V AA batteries or a 12Vdc power adapter.

Is a dedicated automatic titrator utilized for the determination of free and total sulfur dioxide in wine analysis. Titrations are driven by a simple and reliable peristaltic pump to ensure accurate dosing and repeatability. By performing pump calibration with the provided standards, instrument accuracy is assured. A pre-programmed analysis method designed for free and total sulfur dioxide measurements on wine samples is built into this instrument. This automated method utilizes a powerful and effective algorithm that analyzes the shape of the electrode response curve and determines the reaction completion; from which the results are calculated, automatically. By pressing the START/STOP button, the instrument will automatically make the titration up to the equivalence point. The results are conveniently displayed in ppm units while the instrument readies itself for the next titration.
